Celebrations and Rewards

We celebrate our pupils' achievements and efforts in many ways. Day- to- day rewards are shared with the children and we have a special Celebration Assembly each Friday. During celebration assembly, we share awards and achievements from home, stars of the week, sports awards and our community cup.

Stars of the Week

For children who have shown our school values throughout the week, worked particularly hard or produced outstanding pieces of work. Class teachers choose the Star of the Day for their classes.

Children are divided into houses throughout school. House points are received for work, behaviour, attitudes and for displaying our school values. House points can be given by any adult in school. Weekly winners receive an extra turn on our play equipment. Once teams get past 1000 points, they receive a dress down day the following Friday!

Community Cup

For a child, or group of children, who have shown outstanding citizenship, helping others within our community or being excellent ambassadors outside of school. This is only given once per week, for the whole school. Nominations for the Community Cup can come from any adult, parent or child.
